Life offers lessons for homeschoolers

As home school moms, it is important to establish how learning activities, planned look. Infusion on days with instructions not difficult. God created the world to speak with him also shouted the rocks and plants on him if we do not. As our heavenly designers created all things, there is to find discoveries and gain knowledge to illuminate the existence and how we live.

Let me give an example of what I mean.

MyDaughter loves horses and takes riding lessons a week. The trip is an opportunity to learn not only how to ride horses and take care of them, a unit of study on their own, but also in character development, service and responsibility. Everything is connected with it, so why not risk making education a part of their training.

I suggest a mind map or brainstorm about activities and interests of the child at the beginning of the day. Follow these steps:

First Letter"Activities and interests" in the center of a clean piece of paper (horizontally). Draw a circle around him.

According Begin to pull the legs out of the center circle the list of your interests and extracurricular activities. This may include education, sports, art, church, dating back to the game-day meetings of class ISPs, etc. contain what you're doing.

Third would be for both parent and child to complete their help brainstorming.

Fourth Compare maps, ifclosed.

Fifth Take a piece of lined paper, or if you want to work with your computer, open your favorite word processor. Create a list with information provided by Mind Maps. (Note that not all information on the mind map will be useful. Mental maps to help contribute, the most important factors associated with the subject through use of the information.)

After completing the brainstorming in the list, you can begin to develop lessons. We have our daughterRiding for the teaching of creative writing, character development - accountability, technology - blogging, physical education, and reading. Use brainstorming exercise started today and capture the lessons of your life.
