A Day In The Life of a curriculum for home

We were a family, homeschooling, and to be honest, was my favorite season of life so far. When I started, I did not know exactly how to do, but over time I started to develop a routine and rhythm. So for those who are new to the school routine at home or for those who are trying to maximize their power, let me tell you how we ordered our days and put our homeschool curriculum.

Virtually saw our day something like this.

OnBefore breakfast, we have family devotions. This was because my husband was able to be there. He could go to work, if he wished, would have led the morning prayer and be able to stay on when the interview was very engaging.

Then I would clean up the kitchen while my children were, their beds and get ready for the day. Then I'd like time with family, group, time, or time of rotation of the piano when the children were taking lessons.

Later, in the living room or myBedroom, we had a book we were reading together. It was not just an opportunity for us to read together, but also for the book and dive to speak with the concepts there. And even if my children were at different levels of understanding, it worked!

We also have some 'storage poetry. There are also sang hymns. I felt like we would a church that sang only praises, I wanted to return some of the old hymns. We would likesing the same song for a week or two, not that they know it would be, but only suspended and a new appreciation.

At that time we were usually hungry again, so we could make a break for lunch.

After lunch, we had some art and would like to talk to us about this piece of art and ask questions. Also talk about what was going on. Sometimes we do a Bible study. And as my children grew up, I would assign homework from the Bible. Youwould be working on a study of the Bible, and that would give us the opportunity to go with it. This has now been used for a variety of things, and change over time or through a school year. But the only thing that has never been amended to read books aloud.

Finally, towards the end of the day we had dinner together as a family. We almost always in a lively conversation. My middle child is very concerned about some sports figures that we do not discuss dogmaticAmazon.de. How to put themes that your children are interested and make an application to them. Have you thought about a situation. There is a chance to talk and discuss the pros and cons and thought critical practice.

I remember just last week my children were all at dinner, and then we got into a lively discussion on baptism, only a couple of different things that we thought. And you do not have a whole class of people to a discussion. You can simplyaround the dining table.

When I reread our day, I think, "Wow! As we always do this?" But now I see the kind of leaders and scholars in those days produced for my children and I am very grateful for the opportunity we had in school at home. Remember, take one day at a time and trust the Lord with the results.
