As the introduction of Division

Since you're reading this, I suspect that your child knows how to multiply. It will be important to relate what we do in the division.

Now the first thing that I have access to our children our marbles. I ask them to make their choice, twelve marbles and put them on the floor in front of them.

So I say!. "Now imagine two great friends here, and you want each of them had the same number of balls so they say these twelve marblesin two sets are identical? "

It can be a bit 'of time, depending on the child's thought patterns. You can help by sharing marbles into two groups by the original sentence and put a marble on the left, then right, one left, one right, until all of the original amount taken, and then finished with six balls left and six to the left of the page.

Your child may have instinctively done the right thing in a different way. The most important thing is to congratulate them ontheir efforts and the state "Congratulations, you have just the set of 12 balls divided by two, and the result is six."

Next put the balls back together and explain that this time, a third friend, and so here come the marbles to be shared by three people, which is divided into three equal groups. How many marbles will each friend this time?

Also here is the easiest way to gradually build the three sets of one marble at a time from the set of twelve and put it in aLeft, center and right September

Finally, ask your child of twelve marbles divided by four, because the fourth friend joined. You should be able to work by themselves and find out what the right answer, of course, three.

This technique is very effective in helping children to see, which really means sharing.

The next step is to relate the splitting of the multiplication and then realize that the real division is the inverse of multiplication. From there it is cookedput into practice. Investing in aid of suitable mathematical games and do a lot for your children involved and the practice of always boring and dull.
